  • When you arrive, we provide an organic cotton towel, a waffle robe, spa sandals and a locker. We also provide unlimited herbal tea and citrus water.

    Organic ONEKA shampoo/body wash and conditioner, along with hairdryers are provided in the changerooms. We will also provide you with a compostable bag for your wet bathing suit upon check-out.

  • Just bring a bathing suit and a water bottle (optional). We will take care of the rest!

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your booking to allow time to check in and get changed. If it’s your first visit, one of our friendly Spa Attendants will welcome you, give you a brief tour, and explain how to enjoy our Hot–Cold–Rest Thermal Circuit.

    To ensure every guest enjoys their full wellness experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time, as bookings begin and end at their scheduled times.
